Describe where the deposits appear
Photograph the whole window or shower screen and close-ups in angled light. Explain exposure to exterior spray, irrigation or shower use and when the marks return after cleaning. Include the products already tried. Similar-looking deposits can have different causes, and a photograph may not distinguish residue from damage. A test can help establish what is removable before a wider treatment is proposed.
Identify coatings and adjoining components
