Depending on the type of wear and tear on your floors and the goals you wish to accomplish for your new design, you will decide which step is best for you, considering that a roughing process will serve to even out and remove debris or defects.
This does not serve as finishing, but rather could be considered as part of the installation, or the beginning of a new look for your space, compounding damage caused by even the movement of materials due to geological issues.
Unlike a floor polishing service that is more for finishes such as mirror polishing or matte or semi-matte finishes, floor polishers are ideal for this, and for the scheduled maintenance of floor washing, or even carpet washing that some suppliers offer.
Waxing can also be included as a process, and for all this, special soaps or waxes are used depending on the material to be worked.
